What is Wiggle Wire (Spring Wire) ?
Wiggle Wire (or Spring Wire) is a low cost method to attach plastic sheeting to polytunnels or greenhouses. The fastening system locks the plastic, netting or fabric(shade cloth) into place using an aluminium channel to keep your greenhouse weather-proof.
Wiggle Wire is easy to install and can bend effortlessly to assist installation. You can install and adjust multiple layers of plastic and shade cloth without disturbing the existing layers.
The Wiggle Wire (PVC coated steel wire) and Lock Channel (Aluminium) is supplied in a minimum length of 2 metres, however longer lengths are available. The Lock Channel is typically screwed onto timber. It's flexible aluminium design allows it to conform to the curve of polytunnel hoops.
