What is PC Strand ? (Prestressed Concrete Strand)

PC Strand consists of a group of six wires helically twisted around a central wire in a single layer and uniformly. It is used in areas such as bridge/viaduct beams, reinforced concrete prefabricated building elements, concrete silo manufacturing and ground anchorage applications.

PC Strand is designed to withstand the highest mechanical stresses by incorporating high tensile strength and consistent qualities.

Plain 7-wire strand in tensile strengths up to and including 1860 MPa.
