What are Checker Floor Plates ? (Chequered/Durbar Floor Plate)
Steel checker floor plate, also known as durbar floor plate, checkerplate, tear-drop plate, chequer plate, tread plate, diamond plate, is used for non-slip purposes on stairs, walkways and platforms.
It is produced from coil, with the required pattern embossed onto the coil surface and then cut to the required length.
