What is Expanded Metal ?

Expanded metal is produced by piercing and stretching metal plates/sheets. There is no material waste in the manufacturing process, thus making it economical and environmentally friendly.

The three dimensional structure provides excellent slip resistance performance and high load-bearing capacity, while the single-piece construction of steel sheets without welding ensures a sturdy and durable structure.

The expanded metal machine is fitted with a unique knife, dedicated to a particular pattern. New patterns and knives can be creating in-house for specific applications. A little metal can create a lot of mesh, creating value and saving resources.
